Refund Policy (money back guarantee)

We offer a money back guarantee on products purchased within 60 days.  To complete your return:

Please email info@vitalfitsr.com and request a return authorization number.  You will receive an email in return with directions where to ship your used or unused products.  When we receive your returned products, a refund for the amount that was paid for the products will be credited to the credit card or form of payment that was used to process the order within 24 hours of receipt of returned products.  We also have a  customer service number that can also be used to request a refund (800-477-9211).
